The Space
Nearly everything in the house is new, especially all the furniture in the bedroom.
The house has been completely renovated recently, so everything in the bedroom is new
Three cats live in the house, but you'll probably see only 1, and not necessarily, because they are always out
Guest Access
You will have a private bedroom and have access to the bathroom and kitchen too.
Interaction with Guests
You can use the bathroom, the kitchen. When using the washing machine I would be glad if you ask me before.
Other Things to Note
No cooking , no laundry.
Not to download from internet.
Check in & check out time could be flexible .
The Neighborhood
There is a Concierge at the front door and the service man can lead you to the swimming pool and the gym room. You can also chill out at night along with the River Spree, or select your favorite food and beverage with variety of choices within 1 minutes' walk.
